The watch only supports 2G networks. If you want to use the call feature, make sure there is 2G coverage in your area, then purchase a 2G SIM card and activate a voice plan on it. (The SIM card is not included in the package.) Press the power button twice to access the one-touch SOS feature, so you no longer have to worry about your child’s safety.

The watch’s digital display can be set to 24-hour or 12-hour format. The exact time can be set even if a 2G SIM card is not inserted.

The watch features built-in games that help develop children’s thinking skills, math skills, hand-eye coordination, as well as their creativity and imagination. Downloading other games is not supported.

No apps need to be downloaded; this model cannot be synced with a cell phone. If you only want to use the calling feature, simply purchase a 2G SIM card and activate a voice plan.
