Usage and Safety Guidelines

• Always wear safety goggles, appropriate gloves, hearing protection, and, if dust is generated, a respirator.


• Install the cutting disc only on a machine that is turned off and disconnected from the power source, and check that it is securely fastened before starting.


• For designs without a pilot drill, start cutting at a slight angle, then gradually adjust the machine to a perpendicular position.


• Do not apply excessive pressure; let the diamond-coated rim do the work.


• When using the tool dry, take regular short cooling breaks. Wet use is permitted only with a machine designed for this purpose and in compliance with electrical safety regulations.


• Do not use tools that are cracked, deformed, or severely worn.


• Follow the manufacturers’ instructions for both the machine and the material being processed.
