Just as your vehicle won’t function properly without optimal tire pressure—resulting in higher fuel consumption or faster tire wear—your body will also experience problems if your blood pressure is not within the normal range. The two numbers in the upper right corner show your current blood pressure, while the number at the very bottom shows your current heart rate. Using the WHO scale, you can see whether your results fall within the optimal range.

– Large memory capacity: You can save a total of 99 readings, and you can even manage the readings for two people separately, allowing you to continuously monitor your health progress.

– Adjustable cuff: Whether you’re slender or more robust, the blood pressure monitor’s cuff can be adjusted to fit wrist sizes between 22 and 32 cm.

– Multiple power sources: For maximum portability, it can run on up to 3 AAA batteries

HOW TO USE

First, insert the batteries into the device. Make sure it’s at heart level: for example, place it on a table while you sit in a chair. After connecting the cuff cable to the device, place the cuff itself on your arm. It’s important to place it on your left arm, with the mark positioned at the bend of your arm, over your main artery.

After pressing the power button, the cuff will inflate automatically. The measurement takes 20–30 seconds, after which the pressure is automatically released. At that point, your readings will automatically appear on the LCD display. You can turn off the device by pressing the power button again.

Its compact size, lightweight design (weighing just 220 grams), and wireless operation further enhance its portability.
